Returns
As long as items are in their original condition and packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or store credit (if requested). Mail-in and in-person Happy Bar returns have a $5 shipping label fee, which is waived if you choose a store credit refund.
- To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and with their original packaging.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returns that have been started but haven't been dropped off at a Return Bar or shipped within 30 days will expire and you will no longer be able to complete the return.
- Final sale: Please note, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Please view the Product Description Page for details on an item's return eligibility.
- Buy 1 Get 1 FREE: If you wish to return any of the items within the buy 2 get 1 free offer, you must also return the free item to receive a full refund.
In Person Return with Happy Returns:
We partner with Happy Returns to offer box-free, printer-free, and sustainable returns and exchanges. Start your return online, select the items you wish to return and tell us why. Then, locate a Return Bar near you and use the QR code emailed to you by Happy Returns to complete your return. There is a $5 processing fee for Happy Bar returns.
Mail-in Returns:
You will be provided a pre-paid USPS label to send in your return. Print the prepaid shipping label provided and mail in your items. Store credit returns* are free, and refunds to your original form of payment include a $5 shipping label fee.
Prescription:
Prescription orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original packaging. Returns to the original payment method will incur a $10 restocking/shipping fee. We also offer free returns for store credit. Please note that prescription orders must be mailed in and cannot be returned in person at Happy Bar locations.
International customers are responsible for shipping the item on their own and a return label will not be provided.
Processing:
Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 48 hours for processing. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, please be aware that payments can take up to 3 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
